Dozens of personal finance bloggers are competing in the GoBankingRates.com Personal Finance Olympics contest.

This is a social media ?vote for me? campaign, and the winners will be announced at FinCon12 in September.

Several of my blogging friends have posted their entries, and I was sent an invitation a couple of days ago to get involved. The contest coordinators and I settled on Simple Steps for Stocking Up for the category of ?best ways to earn and save money.? It was my Monroe Evening News column on June 4 and was a follow up to a coupon class I had taught this spring in Monroe.
