In celebration of Women?s History Month, Media Company, Avenue Pink partners with New York Sports Club (NYSC) to host the 2nd Annual Women?s Health Weekend, ?Mind | Body | Fitness,? a three-day event exploring women?s health issues and concerns, fitness, spirituality, lifestyles and nutrition. March 23 ? 25, 2012 in New York City.
The weekend will feature speakers, presentations, resource sharing, workout demonstrations, product give-a-ways, courses and more!
The 2nd Annual Women?s Health Weekend, ?Mind | Body | Fitness,? includes a Friday, March 23 evening networking event; the keystone event, a Women?s Health Summit, Saturday, March 24, from 10am-5pm at the Times Square location of the New York Sports Club and a Yoga Brunch, Sunday March 25 Presented by Epiphany Blue?s Rhythm Flow Yoga Wellness Program.
Avenue Pink Co-Owners, Quan Lateef and Chasity Saunders have hopes of equipping those who attend with helpful resources and materials to lead healthier lives. Invited guests include: healthcare professionals, students, agencies and individuals with a focus on fitness, mental, spiritual, emotional physical wellness, and nutrition.
